Drill pipe screens perform an essential function in the directional drilling tool string, filtering solids from drilling fluids and protecting the MWD and other downhole tools. RoNal’s drill pipe screens are precision-machined to the same exacting standards as our drill pipe float valves. We offer a variety of screens and inner/outer ring configurations for different flow rates and drilling environments. If we don’t have what you need in stock, we’ll custom manufacture it to your specifications.

RoNal Equipment, Inc. manufactures slotted, perforated and rod-type drill pipe screens and inner/outer rings for each type. We also carry extractor tools and reed fishing/pee wee fishing necks. If we don’t have it in our inventory, we will custom-design drill pipe screens, parts and accessories to your exact specifications.

304-L Stainless Steel, 7 gauge (0.1875”) thick with 5/16”
